The foot plate hole was not big enough for the male connector to fit through, requiring an electrician to have to splice connector. First call: Angi assembly company that I paid for via Wayfair, said they couldn’t help and would only refund the assembly cost. Second call said maybe they can help, but do not have electricians. Wayfair first call only offered a refund without help to exchange. Wayfair second call, still pending my request to notify Hubbardton Forge to resolve. Also, lamp shade was missfolded a bit and am waiting for a replacement.

Beautiful! But instructions need to be corrected to remove round wire plate before installing anything else requiring correct tool is absolutely essential! But, as a 64 yr. old women, I did it, with the help of a great Ace hardware employee!

Nice lamp when finally assembled but took 2 hours putting together by experienced craftsman.
