The remote is EXTREMELY funky. If press too softly, or too hard, or not long enough, or for too long, or more than one button in less than ~30 seconds, nothing happens. Very weird and very frustrating.

Average look. Gets the job done for a guest room

This fan looks awesome -- love the 3 blade design and the size for my small room. The light isn't that bright and the dimmable function wasn't obvious on the remote. The way it dims is kind of hard to control. But the big issue that would prevent me from buying another is that when the fan is on and the light is off, the light will randomly flicker out of nowhere...and does it throughout the middle of the night during sleep. This was installed by professionals and then troubleshooted by professionals to ensure it wasn't the line. There's something defective in this fan that makes it do that, so I would not recommending purchasing it unless you are ok with the potential it could do that.

Got three of these and they look beautiful. I did not give it 5 stars because the light is a bit dim.

Great fan! Very quiet and wonderful look in the room.
