This fan is quite nice and exactly what I was looking for. I had two small bedrooms about 113 square feet each in need of ceiling fans+lights so they were a great fit. The fans have been installed for a couple weeks and no issues so far. However please be aware that the matte black fan is NOT 52 inches! It is 44 inches. Wayfair needs to label it correctly and separate the matte black fan into another listing to fix the misrepresentation of size.

I bought this to replace my designer fan that didn't last very long. It's a really nice fan/light. Nice shapes.

I’d give this zero stars if I could. They clearly don’t care to make their listings correct. Ordered this fan and received a 44” fan instead. Called and made them aware I received a 44” fan instead of 52”. I was assured the correct size would be sent as a replacement. Guess what? Received another 44” fan. Terrible customer service and clearly don’t care to make problems right.

This is a 44inch fan not 52. Mislabeled.

Still working well many months later. Quiet and love the blade shape.
