One of the worst online purchases I have had in a while. For starters the item came used, poorly packaged, bent in a few places, scratched and some bits were missing. Overall it is a very cheaply made product from the wires to the glass bits. I do not know how the maker or the seller expected a user to assemble it because nothing holds together properly with this light. Finally it felt like a robbery as I paid almost 300 for this “pleasure”. Shame. I hope for a smooth return process.

When we received it each piece was individual. We had to hire an electrician to come and install this light as each piece needed to be wired (he is currently here). A little bit ridiculous seeing as we paid $500 for the light itself then basically needed to build it from the basics of WIRING. We couldn’t return as we had purchased this light in October, as it was low stock for our new home. Even our electrician said he’s never seen anything like this. The instructions do not include any of this part of the wiring he is doing. He advised this part of the wiring should have been factory done. Beware with this purchase. We are hoping the light looks good.
