The black on the glass was crooked and the light did not hang straight.

Very disappointed. The picture shows this light fixture as having smoked glass, but it was actually clear glass. Secondly, the shade is not black metal with a glass bottom, it is one big glass piece that has been dipped in matte black paint. This would be fine except for that it was dipped extremely crookedly and the result is that it looks very cheap. Will be returning.
