This fan light is everything I hoped it would be! Very pleased with the quality of materials, fairly easy to install, very quiet when running. I almost did not buy it because of the description about starlight. But in reality the “stars” are tiny pinpricks that appear as a very muted sparkle to the light cover. It is actually a great finish and keeps the fan from looking industrial.

The model sent to me had "galaxy lights." The description and photographs don't show that there are tiny perforations in the light cover meant to look a bit like ceiling stars. I can't tell if I was sent the wrong model bc if you look closely, you will see white dots in the photo. The sku, however, is the same as the replacement which they said shouldn't have them based on customer photos. It makes this fan more appropriate for a children's room. It would be helpful if they checked their stock and updated the description. I do appreciate the conscientious, friendly and painless handling of my return.
