Very cheaply made. Fan blades are thin plastic and feels like a product you’d buy at the Dollar Tree. And, to top it off it doesn’t even work when installed.

I have ordered two walnut fans twice and received every item in the wrong color. One of the customer service reps believed the oak fans I received were walnut, so I had to send pictures, which I did quickly and easily through the portal. I didn't receive an answer for over a week, so I contacted the business account manager attached to my business account, who only directed me to call another department. Long story short, I am in the middle of refunding my last order. If honey oak is what you're seeking, this appears to be a suitable option, but I can’t speak to the electrical aspect.

Looks great and works well, even on lowest speed cools the kitchen.

Beautiful ceiling fan however the wrong color was shipped. Ordered four ceiling fans in walnut and received three in oak.

Customer service is a joke - they sent the wrong finish, then proceeded to tell me they do not have price matching options when I asked for a replacement and was instead given a refund and told to look up the item and pay the price of the item for that day. I don't recommend. ** from the incorrect fan that I received, it was very nice.
