SURTOUT prétez délicatesse les culots des ampoules en vissant, ils sont tres trop fragiles et présentent défectuosité ..... voici photo mais réno des pieces pas encore terminées

Was missing a ton of pieces in the beginning, but they sent me a second one and let me take the pieces out of the box that I needed. Angi installer sucked.

I think this photographs better than it looks in real life. It wasn’t too bad to put together but the bulbs and the lines it’s on are a little crooked which makes the fixture look a bit cheap. I think clear glass bulbs would have also made it look more elevated. Overall I’d say when people see it and I ask their thoughts it’s 50/50.

The chandelier itself is beautiful and looks just like the photos. I actually purchased two fixtures from this collection, and I’m very happy with how they look once installed. My main issue was with the installation and the parts included. Both fixtures were missing some of the small screws that hold the glass globes in place. One was missing two and the other was missing three. There were also no extras included, which would have been very helpful. The instructions were probably the most frustrating part. They are very vague and difficult to follow, especially if you don’t install light fixtures regularly. Both fixtures came with essentially the same basic diagram instead of clear instructions specific to each model. We made several mistakes at the beginning simply because the diagram was so hard to understand, and the installation ended up taking much longer than it should have. I was also surprised that some basic installation hardware, such as wire connectors, was not included. Other light fixtures I’ve purchased usually include those items as well as a few spare screws. Overall, I really do love the chandelier. It’s beautiful, feels substantial, and looks exactly as advertised. I just think the manufacturer needs to improve the instructions and do a better job with the included hardware and quality control.
