So disappointed in this lamp. It could be beautiful, but it’s a 300 lamp with 100 quality. Think every discount store floor lamp where all the parts are a bit wonky. I can’t believe I burned all my points on this. The pole does not stand straight, it’s not strong and secure enough and tilts forward under the weight of the lamp. The “swivel” is just the pole rotating in the base, which loosens the cheap bolt holding it in and makes it lean even more. The shade is held in by 3 bolts, one of the 3 is not drilled properly so screwing it all the way in it goes off at an angle and tilts the whole shade. So that bolt stays partway screwed out and the shade is not secure. The bulb is not straight when screwed into its holder. I turned the lamp so this is less noticeable but it’s noticeable. The felt feet are peeling off the bottom. Maybe this was returned once already Wayfair should send me a replacement for this embarrassing contraption. The styrofoam holding the parts disintegrated all over my living room on opening the box, and the plastic wrapping the parts was all taped to itself and the styrofoam and had to be cut to bits. There’s no packaging left for me to even return it in. AND I have guests coming in 3 days and have to have a lamp. Maybe after they leave I can find a way to pack it back up and return. Really disappointed. Two stars only bc it could be so pretty.
