I purchased an open-box unit and it looks great. The base is very heavy and provides solid support for the arc lamp. At first, I thought I had tightened the Allen screws that secure the extending pole, but I hadn’t, and it slipped. Once I fixed that, everything held firmly. I assembled it on the second floor and then moved it to a third-floor bedroom. There was quite a bit of shaking due to the arc shape, but it maintained its structure without any issues. Overall, I’m very happy with this product.

Beautiful!! Well made and the brass is not shiny .The shade in its self is stunning it’s not pure white which I was wanting . Fits my room perfectly!

Does not exactly hang as it is shown in the picture and that was very disappointing. It was almost impossible to make the connection directly above the light switch. The threads just did not match up.

The lamp is fine.. dont love the exposed electrical cord hanging down and wish it was wrapped. And I wish the base was a bit larger. But overall, it works in the space.
