Everything about it is well constructed, especially the on/off knob which feels substantial and has a solid click to it. It is easy to adjust and the portions that tighten down are metal and hold well. It was easy to install and looks great on my home office. My favorite touch is the gold mesh on the top of the fixture, it really just adds a little bit of detail that feels luxurious.

The material feels high quality no scratches, no chipped paint, everything looks perfectly finished. And it is VERY, VERY, VERY heavy 😅 Seriously, make sure your wall is strong enough before mounting it. I honestly wouldn’t fully trust installing it into plain drywall without proper support. The only thing I didn’t love is the switch placement it’s located on the top, and reaching up to turn it on isn’t very convenient. I feel like it would be much more comfortable if the switch were underneath, especially if you’re placing it above a bed. But overall, it’s stunning and truly worth the money.

It did arrive bigger than I thought so I wasn’t sure where it would go best. I decided right by my bed. One thing I didn’t like is how it contains chemicals that are banned in California.

It’s a terrific desk light, when you don’t want the entire room to be bright. A nice wall sconce make the room feel cozy. It’s also relatively small and doesn’t stick out or call too much attention to itself. The electrician found it easy to install. It’s light weight and required no special assembly- only installation.
