This 1" x 24" downrod was the perfect size for my bedroom fan. Most downrods are 3/4" diameter so I was elated that Wayfair had exactly what I needed and in the color to match my fan!

This works just as it should - and wayfair is very responsive - as it first arrived in an empty box. Customer service had another shipped immediately and it was received super fast. I love that I talked to a real person on the phone when I called!!
