I have the black which ties on nicely with the modern farmhouse decor. Personally its a bit too contemporary for my taste. It does move a decent amount of air for the motor size & the light is pretty bright for a integrated LED. I feel confident this fan will last many years in my husband’s study.

The rich black finish and simple light really updated the room and even worked with our more traditionally styled furniture. The airflow is great and has exceeded our expectations.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a sharp looking fan! The satin black finish on this fan is a very nice tone. I have also grown to like the three blade option for fans. Since it is a 52” fan, that span works out very well for the three blade option. It moves a decent amount of air around! The light package on the fan is one of my favorite features because you are able to brighten and dim it from the controller. At its brightest, the LED output is great! The only feature that I am torn on whether I like or not is the wall mounted controller. It is ran completely off of battery power and not hard wired to a power source. Reason why I am torn is because I don’t know when I will need to change the battery. Will the controls become sluggish at some point? Guess I will just have to make sure I keep a spare one on hand. This is the only reason why I didn’t rate the fan 5 stars. I must say though, I do love the look of the wall mounted switch. Pretty sharp looking and better than other brands that you usually have to mount a remote next to the wall switch. Overall I am very happy with the Vassar fan and highly recommend giving it a shot. Operation is very quiet with no wobble which is always a huge plus for me when it comes to fans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kichler ceiling fan was easy to set up in my family room. It was a nice size that circulated throughout the entire room. The fan was sturdy in construction which brought a modern touch to my family room.
