I love the look of this fan! Had to order a new one though as the first one made a horrible noise (metal hitting metal). Wayfair was awesome about sending a new one. Second one is quiet, but still is not balanced in the center. Not worth switching again.

Hard to give a rating... My wife and I ordered this ceiling fan from Wayfair because we liked the look, and size, and because we could not find a competitive price. The fan looks and works great. The reverse switch is actually on the fan, above the blades, not on the wall switch. We do not use the light. We will be very cautious purchasing on Wayfair going forward.
