Great desk lamp! It's modern and stylish. It comes with an extension that raises the height if needed. All of the parts articulate, so you can turn the shade towards the ceiling for a more diffused light, then point it down to focus on your tasks.

It’s a. Beautiful lamp but the metal lamp shade Gets incredibly hot. Seems like I could burn myself if I left the light on for a long period of time and tried to touch it. Am I missing something I’m going to purchase an LED bulb as I read somewhere that they don’t give off as much heat. I’m hoping that helps
