The photos don’t do it justice…the fire I mean. The light fixture caught fire the first time we turned it on with appropriate 15 watt equivalent bulbs. Flames shot up, and a curtain of sparks rained down burning our table, chairs and dog in addition to sights and smells of smoke residue on the ceiling. Later, the installer tested that portion of the fixture, and it was live with electrical current meaning that a wire inside of the fixture is touching something it shouldn’t. Given the severity of the situation, I requested a refund or credit in addition to a replacement. It was disappointing that the manufacturer’s only response to the refund request was that they hadn’t heard of this happening before and questioned the light bulbs even after I had explained. It would have been a lovely addition without all this grief. It would have been nice for them to make it right without dragging it out and trying to make me jump through hoops to get any portion of it back. This is not good customer service in my mind. I think we were more than reasonable considering what occurred.

This is a cute chandelier and works great with my new traditional style bathroom

It's very pretty but I wish the chain was long so the chandelier could hang lower in my foyer.
