The base of the lamp is compact. I love the outlet at the base of the lamp and the rocker switch is easy for my toddler to use. So worth the price! Subtle design and one that will last for years.

I love this lamp but the chord that plugs into the wall is extremely thick. I would suggest making sure its on top of a table that is directly against a wall and not far from a plug.
