It was difficult to tell from the product description that the bottom two shelves are very thin metal. The USB port is actually on the left of the lampshade it you're looking at it head-on. Not quite as nice as I'd hoped, but will get the job done where ever I end up putting it.

It’s good for small space. It’s beautiful. Only some of the holes for screw are misaligned that makes it harder to assemble.
