the quality of the light. I ordered four of these and already one is not working. how do I get it replaced?

Installation was easy, fixture quality is great, light diffuses evenly and provides more than adequate illumination. The pendant includes multiple piece down-rod so the fixture can be installed an various heights depending on your ceiling height. I highly recommend this product.

He didn't have a hard time. He said it was light and easy .. I loved the way it looked my friend came over and loved it.
