I ordered this light for my dining room. The shades are a hard plastic but they look okay. The directions were pretty easy to follow and everything went well until the end when the last shade was being attached. It didn't fit properly. Wayfair replaced the entire light fixture quickly and I only needed the shade replaced. Pay close attention to the length of the cords. This is made for a high ceiling and ours is not. The instructions show you how to wind the extra cord with a tie which looks absolutely ridiculous. We will have to cut the wires to fit our ceilings. My fault..I should have taken notice of the cord height. It will look good when it is finished.

The light cluster drum pendant was packaged very well. It is easy to put together but I have been unable to hang just yet due to the virus. There is some kind white sticker stuff I had to clean off black lines. It looks to be well made and I will update if any issues when getting attached to electricity

Light was well packed and box in good shape on arrival. Nice quality. Bought light for my office to brighten up the space. Ended up being too bright. I put 3-60 watt bulbs in and felt like I could perform surgery. I really like the look of the open shades and the flexibility in raising up each light to desired drop. The install was a bit tricky because of large ceiling plate. Much easier to install with help of another person.

Seems like a good quality light fixture, haven’t gotten a chance to install it yet but the design is cool. Lightbulbs not included. Be careful when unpacking box to make sure all pieces are accounted for. I threw away a small threading piece without noticing but luckily I saw it was missing before it was too late. Looks easy to install, will post updated pics when installed.

This fixture is super stylish and modern. I love the flat black with the bronze. For some reason, the cords are really long and I wish they had a cover of some kind on them. Overall mostly pleased with this item.

Love love love this light fixture. We have it above our kitchen island. We love that it’s white and gold which matches our kitchen perfectly. This a unique light fixture and you don’t see that style in everyone home which we also love.
