Just what I was looking for, it was easy enough to install, but do follow the instructions as it can be used with the remote control or through an app. I had it installed in the covered porch and it has been great, a nice air flow. The different levels are ideal to fit different needs.

The instructions were confusing and horrible. Very vague! I had installed many ceiling light fans. This was a first for me with the plastic terminal block for the ground wire. The instructions never stated where to put the ground ceiling (greenyellow) wire. After a good amount of google research I eventually figure it out. Now, I am not saying it should have step by step but at least be more specific like where to put the ceiling ground wire when attaching to the metal plate. Few things I do love which all ceilings fan should have for when installing is they have a clasp to connect to a hook so you are not holding up the fan while connecting the live and neutral wires. This took a load off and is a genius feature that saves your tired arms. The remote is pretty straightforward. It does not come with batteries so make sure to have some on hand because when you turn the electricity back on you will need the remote to turn it on to make sure it works turn it on.

This comes with a hanging element so that one person can install it, but just to be safe.. use 2 people. Really easy to install and to put together. Love the look, love the ease of the remote control. Overall, a great Pic. The blades are reversible. So either wood look or black. Light is VERY bright

This dimmable flush mount ceiling fan is awesome! The remote is super easy to use and has good range. The dimmer has multiple settings and works very nicely. Goes from cool to warm and super bright. It is very quiet! Easy to put together and install.

Excellent product and easy installation!! I recommend this 100 , on bedrooms is an excellent alternative so you can sleep comfortably
