Pretty to look at but absolutely worthless. I've purchased 4 of these and every single one of them malfunction. When you turn it on, wait for 2-3 min for it to get started as if the motor is not strong enough to handle this size fan. If you try to run fan at high speed, beware that it wobbles and might tear out of the ceiling and fall on you. When you attempt to change the speed, give it another 2-3 min to respond. Awful overall!!

I received the ceiling fan and light kit with the remote. I havent had the opportunity to have the ceiling fan installed. The electrician is not available at the moment. I examined the parts received, and it appears that the functionality parts needed are in the box. The craftsmanship is superb. The color gold on the ends of the ceiling fan blades is very beautiful. I am anticipating having the ceiling fan installed.
