A little more difficult to install. I had to get an electrician unlike the other plugs and switches that I self installed. I live in a high rise that uses commercial wiring. But, the visual look of the plug and plate is wonderful. I am looking forward to installing the new USB plug which is on the way.

Easy to install. The directions make it easy and if you have any questions they give you a phone number to call for help. Once installed they give your home a look of class.
