Works perfectly and is beautiful!!!

Sneaky method to decline a return. My ownership in this debacle is that I purchased this lamp in a previously opened box. The lamp description stated that the bulb held a 24hr charge. After multiple charges we only got 5 hours out of light. When I requested a return I was denied. Wayfair said it's a non returnable item and we don't have replacement parts. My invoice did not state non-returnable. The lamp was not listed as nonreturnable on the website where is was being sold. I was told I should have read the pull-down menu at the bottom of the page where the items that may not be returnable are listed. It is a generic list with words such as plants, hazardous materials, opened boxes, etc. To put a list of nonreturnable items on a pull down menu works for Wayfair, not their customers. I got a stingy $31.24 refund on a lamp that did not work as described, and cost me over $150.00. Lesson learned, I wonder if Kelly Clarkson is aware of the games Wayfair plays with nonreturnable items?
