The shade is nice. However, the stem support is really low quality. The stem wood had plenty of cavities due to poor finish. The paint finish was thin and poorly applied. The metal tendon that joins the two pieces were not assembled correctly. The piece alignment was bad as well. Had to apply wood filler. Sand the stem. Align and join the two stem pieces with glue. Rework the tendon. And repaint the stem with a quality finish. Unless you want to do what I did, pass on the lamp.

I've purchased two sets of these sconces for design jobs. They are impactful and well made. I'll for sure be using them again.
