They look as expected and very high end but I have to install them yet Update….. went to install one and it is missing parts and damaged. It was an obvious returned item but the box was sealed as if never opened. Since I purchased TWO, I was able to tell a piece of styrofoam protective packaging that holds the necessary accessory hardware needed to install is missing as well as the fixture was disassembled and missing bolts as shown in the photo. These fixtures were not cheap.

Some damage in the shade that we will be reporting. Need replacement and hoping no damage as they are beautiful!
