This lamp has lovely restful images radiating through the plastic shade. The small crystal elements give it some reflective class. The chain on/off is easy to reach from the bedside. Its height and proportions work for us because of our space parameters. The lamp is certified to take a 100-watt bulb, but I feel 60-watts is right. Since it is tall in proportion to the shade's diameter, Buffet Lamp is its understandably intended use and bright light is unnecessary. It would look great on a table in your home's entryway. It is well-made, if simple, well-packed, and it is very easy to assemble.
