Shipping was not so great because our package arrived dented and the metal part for the light was a bit crooked due to poor shipping/handling. We managed to somewhat fix it ourselves. The color on the pendant is not as vibrant all the way around like the picture.

Super items and purchase procedure with good customer service and follow-up. This chandelier is the center piece in our new sun room. It is well designed and functional. It is very appealing to the eye and is well made.

Beautiful lamp. Took a bit of time to hang but it is very nice over our dining room table!
