I can’t rate these well at all. Not meaning a bad rating I just can’t give a valuable review because we could not use it. We don’t know if this was a coincidence or what. My husband installed one of the smart plugs like he has always done. Immediately after we had circuit breakers tripping that aren’t even on the same circuit. Two circuit breakers immediately after he got the hot wire installed. One circuit breaker started over heating and another just kept flipping. He spent the day changing circuit breakers and now refuses to use these smart plugs. I took pictures of it after he removed the hot wire from the plug to stop all our crazy electrical things from happening. So I can’t say yes or no to recommending these since he won’t install them due to all the issues we experienced with one installed. Gave it a middle rating just because of everything that happened.

Easy to install and works exactly like I hoped. It connected to Wi-Fi without any problems and works well with Alexa. I really like having the smart feature built into the outlet instead of using a bulky plug-in adapter. It looks clean once installed and has been reliable so far. I’d buy another one.

Really like the look and the ease of installation. Only have one installed so far. Have an issue with a dead line on the wall I was wishing to install the other. Programming took me a little time but only because I’m not so savvy when it comes to programming electronics. Would I purchase again Most definitely.

Ok these are difficult. Just go right ahead and plan the professional installation team. I have an electrician and a WiFi man here now trying to figure it out. We are all clueless.
