This dimmer switch is very nice as it lets us decide the ambience of the dining experience.

It looks nice and the dimmer function is smooth. The problem is that the switch itself feels mushy and makes a squeaky sound when I push either side of the paddle, "on" or "off". My prior experiences with Lutron have good, but this one just feels wrong whenever I touch it. Then the squeaking noise that accompanies the press just digs in to my brain. I think the switch paddle is rubbing up against the FASS tab. The clearance between the two parts is very tight and I don't see any way to remedy this but to replace it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really appreciate being able to dim a light and am really enjoying having this feature in my bathroom when I don’t want a bright light turned on in the middle of the night. It’s very sleek looking. I took off one star for installation:instructions. I would buy these again to use in other rooms.
