[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was easy to install - I think it might have taken less than the promised 15 minute install time. I did watch Lutron’s YouTube install video which was way more helpful for me than the included paper directions. The switch functions as promised and dims the led lights I have it connected to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product itself is well made and does exactly what it says. Installation was straightforward, wiring is clearly labeled in the whole process took maybe 15 minutes. Once wired up the toggle and slide dimmer are smooth and intuitive to operate, no flickering with my LED bulbs which is a common issue with cheaper dimmers. Unfortunately this one didn't work out for me, but it's not the product's fault. My switch openings are non-standard sized and this didn't fit properly in my wall plate / box set up. If you have standard switch openings this is a great dimmer, solidly built and easy to use.

It took me around 15 minutes to install., from turning the power off to turning it back on. And the performance of the product is very smooth.
