It looks nice and the dimmer function is smooth. The problem is that the switch itself feels mushy and makes a squeaky sound when I push either side of the paddle, "on" or "off". My prior experiences with Lutron have good, but this one just feels wrong whenever I touch it. Then the squeaking noise that accompanies the press just digs in to my brain. I think the switch paddle is rubbing up against the FASS tab. The clearance between the two parts is very tight and I don't see any way to remedy this but to replace it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dimmer works pretty well, and the quality seems to be really good. The installation was simple as well, and the entire process was fast. I believe this one will last for a long time.
