Lampe de table noire satinée 28 po Rasso

I'm actually really disappointed in this lamp. It is definitely not worth the price (not even the sale price). The body of the lamp is light-weight and sort of plastic-y rather than the heavy resin I expected. It arrived it 2 boxes, with both shade and lamp damaged. Customer service started out being very helpful, but one rep left me hanging in the live chat and didn't return. The 2nd rep was again helpful, and assured me a return label would be emailed to me, but nothing happened. So now I'm going to try again to return this damaged, unsatisfactory lamp. Sometimes, Wayfair is great, but recently it has been really slipping in delivering a quality product. And the quality of customer service is definitely waning.

Lamp is exactly as pictured. I'd been looking forever for a lamp this size. This one has in interesting design and just as important is reasonably priced.
