I finally received my second lamp and was very disappointed, the more I look at it, it is lopsided and the top neck of the lamp is not secured. I would like it replaced with a better quality replacement of the same item, the shade does not need to be replaced. Thank you.

These lamps are gorgeous! They are very heavy and look expensive. The color, however, is off from the picture on Wayfair. They are much darker than shown. The color is a a navy to almost midnight blue and there is very little clear, see through to the lamp. DEFINITELY not aqua! Mine came with one finial loose, not attached to the lamp. We just used a bit of clear caulk to secure it. Also there is a piece of clear glass or lucite at the collar just below the the wiring for the lamp that was not centered when the lamp was assembled. My husband was bale to loosen it and get it right. I would suggest you look carefully at all parts of the lamps in case you need to return them.

Nice lamp, but one has already cracked on the top after 4 months use. There may have been a flaw but it was not seen /noticable until now. I'm turning the lamp where the crack is on the backside, but it does limit my ability on where I can use it.

These lamps are smashing. Darker and more dramatic than I anticipated. Jewelry for our bedroom.
