This is a cute lamp and a neat concept but it is cheaply made. The ring that holds the shade to the lamp was cracked on arrival, had to glue it together. The finish is very "gold spray paint". The cord position is awkward. The scissor mechanism is vert stiff and difficult to position. The on/off switch is closer to the plug than the lamp and that is a pain. It does provide light if you add a bulb so it has that going for it. It will be replaced sooner than later.

This little lamp is so cool! It was packed well and arrived quickly in good shape. The lightbulb was included. I’m looking forward to my husband mounting it on the wall beside my desk. Handle it with care though because it scratches easily.

This lamp is perfect for finishing up work right before bed! The light shines directly on what I am working on, leaving the room mostly dark for any gkids that may be sleeping in MeMe’s bed! This way I can relax, the kids are not disturbed, I can see what I need to see, I can adjust light adequately for what specifically I need to see. And, when I am done, I can push light back to fit against wall, wo worry of the kids or I bumping our heads on it as we wake up! The extendable arm and rotating light-shade make this lamp perfect for last minute work done at home! Not just work tho! My gkids and I color pictures and butterflies before closing our eyes for sleep too! It relaxes us and gives us something pretty to wake up to and hang on our walls! This lamp is a step to nite-nite for the kids and a great assistant to me…for not waking up the kids, when I have last minute work to do! Great help! Very pretty too!

This lamp is just what I needed, I installed it in my bookcase That holds all of my albums so I could see which ones I'm pulling out. It's retractable so when it's not in use it doesn't stick out. It was easy to install and the gold color is perfect.

We were more than excited with the lamp. We were unsure what it would before it arrived but like all we have ordered, we were very pleased with it, even the snow and ice delayed delivery for three days. Keep us on your radar, we will need something else 'fore too long.
