moving in so I haven't had a chance to actually put it up but you install each little glass piece itself. It's very luxurious. It also comes with a remote. It doesn't look hard to put it together and the package is very light.

Wow! The installation was lengthy, but the outcome was spectacular! This is more striking than the website photos. The black housing with the 30 flat textured discs makes a lovely circle of light on the ceiling. Plus, the little clear fan moves air quietly and efficiently. The remote also features different time settings. I’m giving the highest recommendation possible for beauty and quality.
