Our dining room doesn't have an overhead light and this is EXACTLY the solution. Not only does it provide adequate lighting, it is GORGEOUS!! I added a remote lightbulb to it so that I can turn it on from the wall, but you don't have to bc it has a floor switch you can use if you find that convenient. The length is adjustable and the base is marble so it's not going anywhere. Love it!!

This is a gorgeous floor lamp! The 80" inch height is a perfect height to brighten up our evenings in our sunroom area. The color of the metal is a beautiful antique brass color that worked perfectly to fit our modern vintage decor! Also, since the lamp is so high I questioned if someone bumped it would it wobble or tip forward. I am happy to say that the marble base is not only super "weighted" to prevent the lamp from moving from its space it also looks very elegant!

This floor lamp is simple and very gorgeous. It was easy to assemble alone. You can angle the lamp shade and slightly swivel the arm to where it will be best. I would definitely recommend this floor lamp. Delivery was very quick as well.
