The light fixture is beautiful and will elevate any space if you are looking for a glamorous fixture. The shipment box was intact, but the light fixture arrived damaged. Both the acrylic shingle. and the wiring inside of the fixture arrived broken. The box did include a few replacement acrylic shingles, which is needed. However, we could not get the fixture to power on due to the broken wiring within. Customer Service coordinated a replacement fixture that delivered one week later. I was satisfied with how quickly Wayfair resolved the issue.

The first light came in damaged. I filed a claim and Wayfair had a new one on my doorstep just a few days later. It is absolutely beautiful. Very sturdy and heavy, so its a nice quality. I am so excited to get it installed! Thanks for the great service!
