Excellent quality. Wayfair does a great job vetting their suppliers. The packing was excellent. Very well protected to make the entire journey.

Love this light. It appears to be solid and well made. Giving a 4 rating for 2 reasons. 1) The top center of the wagon wheel had 2 scratches. I assume they were a factory issue as the box was clearly original packaging (never opened). Wayfair made things right with a $100 refund but also offered to replace it. 2) The installation instructions are terrible. They even provide a QR code to a video and the video is terrible. Steps missing. Parts unexplained. I figured it out but it took longer to install. Also note that it is large and heavy so requires 2 people to install.

Love this chandelier and have already got so many compliments!!! Perfect blend of modern and elegant. Installation was easy, but it did take some time due to the many delicate parts. Definitely worth it!
