My rabbit is not working. It came on once and now it flashes from time to time when I tap it. I tried to get to customer service on here, upload a video but it says my video is not supported and then when I skipped the video it wouldn't allow me to continue so, I can't send them anything. I did not pull the cord to tight, I never got it in the lamp before it started doing this so it is defective and I'm very upset.

I love this adorable lamp! It adds a touch of whimsy to my entrance table. One thing to note...the top hat shade sat a little too high exposing the flat tops of the rabbit ears below the shade so I had to purchase a shorter lamp harp to cover the tops of the ears. Now it's perfect.
