The instructions for putting the lamp shade were incomplete. I tried Wayfair help but the have robots answering questions with fixed answers. No help at all

Lamp shade comes collapsed and is meant to be assembled but the pieces provided did not make sense and I was not able to put together (I tried to figure it out along with 3 other intelligent adults!). Returning this item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this lamp is so beautiful! I really like that the shade can be angled to have the light exactly where you need it if you’re reading or working on a project. It was very easy to put together. The only thing that could make this even better would it also having an adjustable height, but that doesn’t effect how much I love it right now. Overall, a beautiful lamp to keep in my home.
