The photos of this lamp do not do it justice. It is very solid and actually bigger than expected. The base is solid and heavy, the materials are all metal and feel’s premium. I was looking for a lamp to add to my entryway console table and this fit perfectly. Would recommend if you want something that will look good for years to come.

Beautiful. Just as pictured. Two comments: The finial screw threads for assembling the shade to the lamp has to match up with the hole in the shade. They are not round. Also the shade only reflects light down. Therefore the art on the wall above the lamp is in darkness.
