A few things...you get what you pay for but in this case even less. The thread size on the wooden post did not match the top of the lamp so I was unable to assemble. I reached out to Wayfair with pictures and they asked me to give them the part number so they could send a "replacement part, which would not work because there is an electrical cord pre-threaded. They now want me to ship it back in order to get a credit (I would have also taken a replacement but out of stock. )Help me understand what value this has. I can not use the lamp and I know the manufacturer doesn't want it back. I was also taken back by the shade which I could have figured out but I would assume for some people this might present a challenge. This is another example of why I am cautious ordering from Wayfair.

Just as advertised. Looks expensive and adds the perfect touch to our mid century living living area.

Gorgeous lamp. Looks very high end, it’s sturdy, and I like having a foot switch. Very well packaged. Great purchase!

I was impressed by the weight and quality of this lamp at this price point. Very sturdy and looks great.
