Luminaire rectangulaire à 1 lampe unique Hartzell

Terrible. I purchased 3 of them on December 13, 2023 to install in my new house in June 2024. I wanted to take advantage of end of year sale. Obviously, I did not open them right away since they were already packed and ready for movers coming June but wanted to just take a peak. I open the box today and found couple of strings were missing and few of what were included has broken off the strings. Called the Wayfair for the replacement parts that were missing and broke off, but the rep said that since the purchases were done more than 30 days ago, she told me to contact the manufacturer. Now I am afraid to open the rest of two boxes. As delicate as the strings, I would have thought that they include few spears. Not happy that I have to deal with the manufacturing company to get the replacements since I can’t even return the items to the Wayfair. So very disappointed ☹️

I love this light. It makes the pretties ‘stary’ like pattern on the ceiling above it.
