Luminaire suspendu albâtre laiton luxueux

Charming mid century modern style perfect for a corner niche area! Love it!!!!

Bought two of these to hang in the dining room, flanking a ceiling fan. I like the look of them, and they seem well-made. Hung them directly in line with the blades. The air from the fan does not move them at all. Two annoying details though... 1. If the electricians installed 4 inch octagon boxes (common) and the drywall installers cut a square hole (also common), the trim plate does not cover the corners. I had to mix up some quickset and fix this before starting the installation. 2. I wanted to use 60w G9 bulbs, which are about 2 1/2 inches long. The socket on these fixtures is right in the center vertically. Any bulb longer than 2 inches will protrude from the bottom. I had to completely disassemble the fixtures and cut the threaded rod to raise the position of the sockets. They look great, but be aware that installation may not be completely straightforward...

Gorgeous! The alabaster is so smooth and subtle. Bought three to go over my island. Sadly, I have to return them as they are too small for the length of islandsize of my kitchen.
