The light fixture was sent in a box with little to no packaging and not the original light fixture box. The light fixture arrived scratched on every one of the three pendant lights. I was left with the option to pay for returning the fixture which would cost me quite a bit more money, or to take a 20% discount. Neither one of these two options were sufficient given the damaged light fixture I received in a crushed and ripped box.
