It was packaged really well. It is very beautiful and well constructed. We have not hung it yet.

This is a very unique and interesting light fixture. My only wish is that they would have either made the electrical cord translucent, or put it in the center of the fixture, to make it more symmetrical. It is heavy, so definitely needs two people to install. They did provide an extra two crystals, in case any break, which was greatly appreciated, as we broke one during the install (our fault, not the product).
