I get so many compliments on this light!

I love my new opal split necklace globe chandelier. It actually blended with my living area and it’s actually such a very easy install installation.

Light is very beautiful. The brushed gold finish matches well with the Kohler Vibrant Brushed Moderne Brass finish. Before purchasing I was hesitant since with the existing downrod configuration it would hang too low for my powder room. I spoke to Niko O in sales prior to purchasing - he confirmed to me that despite what it states in the description, the fixture comes with a 7.9" download which would have been perfect for my powder room. Based on his assertion and the fact that he said the item is "Wayfair Verified" I purchased it. When it arrived I discovered there was no downrod of 7.9" length ! Since Niko O had told me that our conversation was recorded, and I had nothing to worry I called customer service. Endless conversations later, they have requested the manufacturer for another downrod to fit my requirements. It hasn't arrived yet - my contractor has however, hung up the light fixture since he had another job to get to. It's looking nice but more like a semi flush mount fixture rather than a hanging chandelier. Edited : The replacement part they ordered has still not arrived - delayed by a week - and now cannot be tracked. They have ordered another one scheduled to arrive after 2 weeks ....not sure it will ever arrive!

We love this light! Its beautiful in person. The color of gold is nice, not brassy or too shiny. I would buy this again.
