Wow, this was much nicer than I expected, and it was certainly more pieces than I expected. I had my eye on this for quite some time and then it was discounted 120, so I finally bought it. I think it was well worth the price. Although I think it might take me a month to assemble. LOL

Decent quality. Does take a long time to hang all the crystals. But worth the time and money.

BEAUTIFUL! We put this in a 2 story living room and it was a BEAST to install, no fault of the product. Just know that we had to rent a hydraulic lift to get it installed as it is HEAVY and not an item that can be installed with one man on a ladder. Just take that into consideration! Stunning light.

Love the light. It was bigger looking than i imagined. All bulb fixtures in working order. Takes a while to assemble all glass pieces. Company sent many extra pieces in case of damage. Very happy

Buyer beware… bought this along with 18 other items when Wayfair had their big sale last week… even on sale I paid nearly 800 for this chandelier for it to be delivered in a busted wet box. I reached out to customer service because yes, it really did arrive opened like this and they said I have two choices, I can pay 84 to ship it back for a partial refund to repurchase it at now a higher price or I can attempt to figure out what’s missingdamaged myself which is completely ludicrous considering I literally watched the delivery driver deliver it, go back to their truck, then run back with TWO boxes of crystals that had fallen out on the truck.. I literally sent them proof of them putting the boxes back and yet that’s still not enough for them to cover return shipping and send me a replacement… best part is I bought this for my house that’s under construction that won’t be finished until March so there’s genuinely no way for me to know what’s missing unless I somehow attempt to build this on my floor! Oh and best part is if I want want to return it for a partial refund THEY WANT ME TO BUY A NEW BOX! So why do they get to assume it came intact, with all pieces not damaged yet I can’t ship it back the way it came
