Lustre moderne en cristal K9

Love this chandelier we have it in our whiskey room very elegant. Well made and reflects onto the ceiling, got the larger one to match for our entry way as well!

The item appears to be beautiful online but when it arrived there was an error on behalf of the manufacturer. The stems that hold the crystals together arrived mismatched (silver instead of Gold to match the fixture). I reached out to the wayfair support team who requested the error be corrected and correct parts be sent out. I am still waiting for those parts to be shipped. Initially I was unaware of the error and hired someone to install the fixtures to the ceiling. I was contacted by the electrician stating he finished the installed but could not install the crystals because the stems did not match. Therefore I have a fixture without crystals hanging from my ceiling as of now. A replacement parts request was put in over a week ago and I still do not have a shipment date.

Arrived damaged and a nightmare to put together but I love the look of it.

So beautiful. Even during the day the sunlight bounces off of it. I will say attaching every. Single. Strand of the hanging crystals was very tedious and the wire to hook around to attach it is not very secure and some I had to do again bc it fell off. I wish the design was a bit different and they could figure out a way to hang the crystals differently. Leave at least 1-2 hours to hang those crystals!
